Paul Dorsett is a Fisheries Biologist and Territory Leader at SOLitude. As a member of the fisheries team, Paul is experienced in aquatic ecosystems development and restoration, including fish production, aquatic plant management and water quality. His involvement with aquaculture and business management began in the 1980s, and he later founded Total Lake Management, where he managed water resources for private ranches, businesses, municipalities and mining facilities for 18 years before merging the company with SOLitude. In addition to his extensive work in the field, Paul is heavily involved in the lake, pond and fisheries management community. He is a former president and current member of several boards, including the Texas Aquaculture Association and Texas Aquatic Plant Management Society.
